I specialize in coaching and counselling for procrastination, overwhelm, stress management, habits, routines, and executive functioning challenges. If traditional productivity advice hasn’t worked for you — or if you’re neurodivergent (e.g. ADHD) — we will figure out what does.
Whether you want to finally hand in an essay on time, exercise regularly, or stay on top of everyday tasks, we work towards practical, lasting change.
