Coaching & Counselling
What we can work on together
You don’t need a perfect label for your problem. Some people come with a clear question, others just feel that something isn’t working. Below are common themes I work with:
Execution, Habits & Structure
- Procrastination and difficulty starting tasks
- Feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to begin
- Building habits and routines that actually stick
- Staying consistent without relying on last-minute pressure
- Understanding how your brain works
Clarity & Direction
- Feeling stuck in your studies or career
- Not knowing what you want or what fits you
- Identifying your values, interests, and priorities
- Making decisions with more confidence
Patterns, Emotions & Inner Dynamics
- Stress, overwhelm, and emotional regulation
- Perfectionism and high internal pressure
- Repeating patterns that don’t serve you
- Self-doubt or feeling disconnected from yourself
Many of these topics are connected. For example, procrastination often links to overwhelm, unclear priorities, or deeper patterns. That’s why we don’t just treat symptoms — we look at the bigger picture.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between coaching and counselling?
Coaching focuses more on the present and future: how to move forward and create lasting change. Counselling looks more at the past and how it influences you now. In practice, most people need a mix of both for sustainable change.
Can I work with you if my topic is not listed?
Yes, I am trained to work with a broad range of topics. If I ever feel that I am not the right match for your situation, I will tell you honestly.
What if I don’t know what to work on yet?
That is completely fine and very common. We can use the first sessions to explore what is going on and what you want to change. Clarity often develops through the process itself.
Do I need to be neurodivergent to work with you?
No. Many of the challenges I work with (e.g. procrastination, overwhelm, difficulty with structure) show up in both neurodivergent and neurotypical people. That said, if you are neurodivergent (diagnosed or not), my approach is designed to work with your brain rather than against it.
What if I have already tried a lot and nothing worked?
That is exactly where coaching can be helpful. Often, the issue is not a lack of effort, but that the approaches you tried did not fit how you work. Instead of applying generic strategies, I guide you in experimenting and adapting until we find something that actually works for you.
Can I work with you while also seeing a therapist?
Yes — many clients do. It can be helpful to have support from different angles. We simply make sure the work complements each other.
How long does a coaching trajectory take?
It depends on your goals. Some people come for a few focused sessions and with others I work together over several months. We regularly reflect on what is useful and adjust as needed.
What is your availability?
It changes, so the best option is to reach out. We’ll find something that fits your schedule.
